How to Request a Refund

Please include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)
We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund
Free Replacement Option
Prefer a replacement over a refund? We are happy to send a new product at no extra cost. Just let us know when you contact us.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the product has been opened and used
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Refund request submitted after 30 days of delivery
- Product has been fully consumed without any documented issue
Subscription Orders
For subscription customers:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellations made after the order has been processed will apply to the following cycle
- To cancel, contact us at contact@apexhubfulfillment.com or manage your subscription directly in your account
- Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy above
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, for any reason, without justification.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Wait 3 business days as delays sometimes occur
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement
